1979 BMW M1 VIN # WBS 5991000 4301231 An already rare and collectible automobile, the BMW M1 has begun a steady rise in value as more collectors recognize its significance and scarcity. The car offered here is even rarer! Delivered in 1980 by Styling Garage Spezialkarosserien of Hamburg with numerous cosmetic modifications reminiscent of the all-out racing M1s. At this time the car would enter the collection of the Prime Minister of Qatar, Sheikh Abdullah bin Khalifa Al Thani.

The car made its way to the US in the mid 1980's and has lived here ever since. It is presented in unrestored condition and original to the age of customization.

We have thoroughly inspected the car mechanically, and it is sound and ready to be driven. It is currently showing 32,719 kilometers
