Here is a perfect example of an unmolested numbers matching Hemi R/T Challenger. This car was fully restored in 1989-90 .During the restoration the entire car was stripped to bare metal, and then properely repainted in its original B-5 blue color, and yes it is wearing all its original sheet metal including the trunk floor. The engine is the numbers matching original Hemi with standard bore cylinders. The crank was turned .010 during the rebuild. The transmission is the hemi 727 torque-flight non-original to the car, During the transmission rebuild all new clutches and shift kit parts were used. The trans was from the previous owners Hemi Road Runner. All the glass is original with the exception of the front windshield. The chrome and bright work is in excellent shape with the bumpers being rechromed at the time of the restoration. All the gauges work perfectly incuding the clock and the door dash courtesy light that is on a timer. The radio works as it should with the rear speaker option. There is a build sheet available and about 1/2 of it is in my possesion showing the vin and the color. I do have the engine,trans and restoration receipts that will go to the new owner. The drivers 6 way seat works perfect. The only flaw with the interior 1s a 3''crack on the original dash that is located from the back of the dash speaker to the front, it is barely noticable. The tires and rims are period correct and with little miles on them. The car has been garage kept, and the paint is like it was when it came back from the restoration "it is in beautifull condition"!. This car goes down the road perfectly with no shakes or rattles and the drive trans is very strong with less than 4000 miles since the rebuild "It is very fast!!"
